On-Campus Student Employment
We provide a variety of resources for students seeking to support themselves through part-time work. We encourage no more than 15–20 hours per week during the semester, as your primary focus is on studies. At times the GST may employ students in positions that otherwise would be filled as staff positions. Per-hour rates will be set on a case-by-case basis. Open positions will be posted on Handshake (see below), the West Wing Herald newsletter, and at Holy Grounds coffee house.

24/7 Crisis Line
Marin Campus Crisis Line
(415) 451-2866
The Marin Campus 24/7 Crisis Line is available to and for anyone in our campus community—to report confidential concerns about self or others to a licensed, trained crisis response counselor. Members of the GST community should feel welcome and comfortable to call this local line for any concern especially if you are unsure who you might need to contact and simply need to process the concern with a trained professional. The system is set up to triage calls and guide callers to the appropriate local contact and next steps (i.e. counseling center, health care resources, community organizations and/or campus administrators) as well as notify our campus point person(s), depending on the presenting concern or need.
This resource also includes 24/7 access to Public Safety and 911 for life-threatening emergencies.
