Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems
The University of Redlands now offers an online GIS graduate certificate program. This program is designed to provide working professionals with a basic understanding of GIS and to teach them how to manage a spatial database, extract useful information from remotely sensed data, use Python to extend their GIS, and develop a web GIS application.

How to apply
Complete the online application form. The online application requires the following materials:
- A complete resume
- Official transcripts
- IERF evaluation of transcripts if the transcripts are provided by schools outsides the US

Computer system requirements
The students will download and install ArcGIS Pro to their own computer/laptop using the Redlands account. To run the software, please review and check the system requirements.

- GIS 611 Fundamentals of Geographic Information, Techniques & Applications (4 credits)
Elective Courses (choose 3 from the following):
